                               RESOLUTION NO. 19126
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   CONTRACT WITH GARY MCDOUGALL FOR THE BUYOUT
                   OF HIS EXISTING LEASE WITH THE CITY FOR THE
                   CONCESSION OPERATIONS AT BRAINERD GOLF
                   COURSE FOR A SUM NOT TO EXCEED THREE
                   THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($3,000.00) DOLLARS.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to contract with Gary McDougall for the buyout of his existing
       lease with the City for the concession operations at Brainerd 
Golf
       Course for a sum not to exceed $3,000.00.
